This is a fabulous place to stay, although i shouldn't say that as it will just be full the next time I want to come. The pub and restaurant are just out of the world. The food was amazing and the beer/gin/wine was super. Can't rate this high enough.Jim

Couldn't fault our stay at the Greyhound . Quality linen on the beds and a selection of coffee and teas and a cafetiere and fresh milk and shortbreads confirmed the management's attention to detail . The Inn has a fresh but contemporary feel within the 18C building and although it is primarily set out for diners ,the pub is well used and supported by the villagers using it as their local . Free drinks vouchers for residents is a nice touch !

We stayed here for my wedding with close friends and the staff were very accommodating. Great rooms and facilities. Super breakfast too ! The inn is location at the heart of the ridgeway and downs area with great walking straight from the pub. No amenities in the village and a car is recommended.

wonderful stay at the greyhound inn. Stayed in oxford suite which was cosy, modern and heartwarming. Dinner at the inn was very tastefull. Well invented dishes! All in all, great stay! Hope to visit you again someday.

The room was small but beautifully furnished with a great ensure and a nice powerful shower.
The evening meal was a high point with beautifully presented well cooked dishes. Breakfast was equally as good.
We visited the greyhound while walking the Ridgeway. It’s a bit of a diversion being a little way from the trail but well worth the visit. The return of almost 2 miles uphill can easily be avoided as the staff will get you a taxi!
