“nothing but the best”
Reviewed 14 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

A holiday cottage that has literally everything! Fantastic welcome, home baked cakes, scrumptious scones and wonderful jam plus a cheeky bottle in the fridge on arrival. Cottage wonderful and comfortable for us and dogs. Location ideal for walking and visiting Hadrian s wall. All in all the best we have stayed in. Hosts welcoming and friendly people. We will keep returning when ever possible.

“Ideal holiday cottage”
Reviewed 17 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

A real home from home. Cosy, comfortable, well furnished, spotlessly clean....you couldn't hope for more. Extras like home made scones, sweets, a bowl of fruit, bottle of wine made us feel really welcome. Plenty towels, toiletries you might gave forgotten...our heists had thought of everything. Five minutes drive to Haltwhistle & Sainsburys. 2 really good pubs for evening meals also 5 mins drive away. Perfect for a visit to Hadrian's Wall.

A perfect cottage for 4 people with all the amenities and more. Owners are very kind and will help with anything you need. The cottage is very spacious and welcoming, I would certainly recommend. Pets are also welcome with plenty of public footpaths in the area. Only a 2 min drive from Haltwhistle and 10 mins from Hadrians Wall. Perfect for a quiet break in the Northumberland countryside.

“Excellent cottage in Northumberland”
Reviewed 27 February 2015 for a stay in February 2015

A very comfortable cottage in a small village very near to all the view points of Hadrian's Wall. There is a village less than two miles away with everything you might need and plenty of places to eat out. The cottage has been modernised throughout and is very comfortable. There were lots of nice extras such as home made scones and wine to greet us. Everything you could need was provided including lovely towels and tea towels and small things that you might have forgotten to bring. Parking is in front of the door and the owner is very helpful and friendly.
