Stayed here because the team didn't like Genting kijal hotel.

No lift service in this hotel, so that could be an issue to older folks.
Rooms were clean and had no smell.
Big bath area, although it would be good if they installed a shower curtain or the glass window in between.

Internet connection was weak at some areas in the room and hotel did not provide any breakfast although they could have easily gave their guests Vouchers at the restaurants nearby.

Parking would be at your own risk as I did not notice any security personnel outside of the hotel.

This hotel basically fulfills the most important 3C in any hotel stay.Cheap, comfortable and clean. What more can we ask for? My only grip is that there is no lifts or escalators so you have to carry any luggage you have up the stairs(a long one). However, the staff are friendly and helpful so if you ask nicely, they carry it up for you. Lol. If I have to stay around this area again, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Rates start from RM98.

Considered oil and gas town, kemaman has a lot of B&B's, however the price and the cleanliness is quite questionable

As short break, I have stayed in kemaman to meet up friends, and looking for a hotel to sleep, here am I at this hotel

The area is great, walking distance to banks, (2 of them), kopitiam (local speciality), mamak restaurant (for nice roti canai breakfast), it's has distance from main road hence no noise at night

The price is good, totally worth it, the price is inclusive of gst hence don't have to think of extra 6%

The room is clean and need, the provided good mineral waters and coffee or tea, the bath room is also clean and the hot water is nice (I think they use centralized system) it's

The issues is just the parking where it do not have any private parking, you need to park at the local municipal parking, and you have to pay it's hourly for weekdays, for weekends, it's free... The side parking has CCTV hence you can park there for safety

All in all for short stay nor for business trip, you can try this hotel, you be surprise on how convenient it is

good place to stay, tons of restaurants and grocery stores around. but less convenient if you do not have any personal transport and have to rely on taxi. high speed internet, but some how the router or the wifi access point will fail once a week (average), just call them and ask them to reset the wifi access point hidden in the ceiling, that will solve the problem.

Room Tip: room number is arrange based on floor and room, eg: 302, means level 3 (second floor) room number 2. usually room no 2 posses a larger windows, and room no 1 has no windows. If you love sunshine, choose room 2.

Stayed at this hotel for a night during my trip to Kemaman and here's my review:

Room:
- Two single beds with two pillows
- Towel, shampoo, soap provided
- TV and air-conditioned
- 2 bottles of water
- Tea/ coffee, kettle available

Location:
- Suburb in Kemaman
- Shop-lot area

Pros:
- Spacious room
- Water dispenser, iron available in the hallway
- Nice quiet neighbour hood

Cons:
- Rooms smell a little musky
- There is no elevators to the first floor of the hotel. You will have to climb up a flight of stairs

Overall, this is not a bad place to stay overnight, especially if you are not spending a lot of time in the hotel. It's a quiet neighbour hood with shops around.

Room Tip: If you have trouble climbing stairs, it would be good to request for a room on the ground level.
