Lovely B & B with fabulous hosts ( Sue and John). Lovely breakfast. Close to Sissinghurst and Great Dixter Gardens. Stayed 2 nights, and wanted to move in.

We have just spent a wonderful Easter Break in Kent, staying at Orchard Way. Sue and John are very friendly. The rooms are large, light, airy and spotless. It's definitely the best B&B we have stayed in. The kingsized bed was wonderfully comfortable and breakfast was incredible. The B&B is situated close to lots of tourist destinations. We visited Sissinghurst, Great Dixter and Batemans but could have gone to many others, we just ran out of time.
Within close walking distance is a great gastro pub - The Great House.

Comfortable, clean, well furnished, good value for money and an excellent breakfast. Would recommend the 'Great House' pub across the road for good food and the Kino cinema in the village. Also Bodiam Castle nearby is excellent (open all year). Lots of National Trust places close by that are open in the warmer months.

We stayed for two nights. As Germans, we learned, how wonderful B&B in England can be. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a beautiful garden. Sue gave us a very warm welcome with tea and cake in the garden. Our room was large, lovely decorated, very clean and has windows on three sides of the house. The breakfast was large and tasteful and included for example homemade bread. For dinner, there ist a recommandable restaurant nearby.

This is the most lovely B&B! The hosts are wonderfully polite and helpful and the house is spotless and perfectly comfortable. The beautiful garden in the back is a treat, and the chickens, vegetable garden and Honey the dog just add to the picturesque character of the place.
Breakfast was generous and delicious, prepared with really fresh quality ingredients. Sue is most obliging to all dietary needs and preferences.
Also, the recommended pub at the Great House is exquisite, with an excellent menu full of character and taste -- great environment!
I cannot recommend this B&B more -- it is a very easy distance from Tunbridge Wells and less than an hour from Canterbury. An excellent stopping point in Kent, worth the trip in itself!
