If you love history and old houses you will find this one quite fascinating. Louise has furnished it to perfection and provided every comfort, the bedroom had everything one could wish for and more - super comfy bed, the thickest towels, perfect shower, not to mention the tea and coffee corner with biscuits, chocolates, fresh grapes...... Ten times more comfortable than my own home, I could have stayed forever. Nearly forgot to mention the vast choice of things for breakfast but lots of people have done that so believe them, it's true! Thanks Louise, I will be back!!

Can only reiterate all the kind words expressed in previous reviews. Great place to stay with lots of character and a superb hostess. Louise greeted us with afternoon tea when we arrived ... home made cake to die for! We had the twin room which is really impressive when you walk in, with everything you could need. The full English breakfast was beautifully cooked to individual requirements. Choice of fresh fruit and home made jams ... mmm, making my mouth water thinking about it.

If we get back down to Dorchester, I would happily stay here again.

Louise does a fantastic job and provides wonderful welcome with advice on where to eat and where to visit.

There is a reason why all the reviews to date rate this lovely B&B as 'Excellent' and that's because it truly is. The attention to detail is remarkable, as is the owner, Louise, who is a skilful cook and a charming hostess. Frampton is a delightful village, conveniently located not far from Dorchester and within easy reach of many Dorset attractions.

A warm hospitality in an elegant, refined, authentic yet relaxing atmosphere is what Louise provided us with during our visit of the picturesque county of Dorset. A generous first class breakfast with a homemade composition of cereals, homemade bread, jams, marmalade and even brown sauce, varied fruit salads, local sausages opened the days with envy and a hearty mind. Louise's kindness and the precious pièces of advice she gave to the foreign tourists we were contributed to make our stay a genuine and most pleasant holiday. As for the bedrooms, each has a special touch of its own and fresh flowers, homenade biscuits with grains or a bowl of fruit are some of Louise's delicate intentions we appreciated. I highly recommand Tudor cottage to whomever is looking for anthenticity.
A ten night stay to be remembered ... until Louise welcomes us again for another promising visit.

It would be an absolute pleasure to welcome you and your family to Tudor Cottage again Thierry. It is always a pleasure to have appreciative and charming guests. Your comprehensive knowledge of English country houses - indeed most things English - is impressive and astounding.
