We had a absolutely wonderful stay for 3 nights. I would highly recommend that this is a good period of time to spend in the Ferguson Valley to ensure you cover all the wonderful things to do. Kim & Simon were awesome hosts - the breakfasts were amazing, and if you get the chance to do the dinner with them (it is additional cost), it was an outstanding gourmet experience. Kim’s culinary expertise is unbelievable. Kim & Simon really helped with their local knowledge, and their property has some wonderful sculptures/art scattered throughout the forest at the back of their property. The rooms very excellent and the beds extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend at stay at Peppermint Lane Lodge during any season.

We enjoyed a fabulous weekend at this magical spot. Our inspirational hosts were generous in sharing their extensive local knowledge and made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms are thoughtfully and impeccably presented. Breakfast was scrumptious and the company was easy. Highly recommended.

Kim and Simon really know how to pamper and indulge you. Our stay was such an amazing experience. Our hosts cooked dinner for us and it was exceptional accompanied with fabulous wine. I highly recommend this if you want a break from City life and want peace and tranquility. Love this place I will be back.

Our first visit to this area and it won’t be our last! Wonderful accommodation at Peppermint Lane Lodge. Very comfortable, lovely amenities, beautiful property. Meeting Kim and Simon was like staying with family. Their knowledge of the area added to our stay.

We stayed for two nights with some friends in what was our first visit to the Ferguson Valley.

The Lodge is set in a beautiful and peaceful valley with individual cottages. The accommodation was very comfortable and cosy. Each cottage has an incredibly comfortable king bed with a small lounge area and balcony.

The hosts Kim and Simon are incredibly friendly and hospitable. The breakfasts were to die for and on one night we arranged dinner, and had a wonderful evening with Kim and Simon with incredible food.

The Lodge is perfectly situated to visit the wineries and other attractions in the valley. The only thing to be mindful of is that there are not many restaurants around that are open for dinner. I'd recommend arranging a dinner at the Lodge (needs to be arranged in advance). Alternatively there is a pub at Dardanup which is a 10 minute drive which offers casual food, and some great options in Bunbury which is only 20 minutes away.

The Ferguson Valley is truly one of Perth's best kept secrets. The scenery is stunning and all of the people were so friendly and accommodating. A great alternative to the Margaret River region!
