Nice hotel, free Wi-Fi, AC, newly renovated rooms with good beds and nice and cleans sheets. The breakfast is nice and fresh. If you're not a heavy sleeper ask for even room, they are not at the front area so you will not listen to the cars /trucks /motorcycles at the road.

Room Tip: If you're not a heavy sleeper ask for a even room number.

This was the perfect hotel for my stay in Itatiba! The staff were amazing - so friendly, helpful, courteous and genuinely lovely people! I especially appreciated Gabriel who worked on the front desk and spoke excellent English! He helped me out so much and made my stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast spread was wonderful, the meals, cleanliness, etc everything was excellent! I had to stay there for a 3 day conference nearby and it was perfect. I made my booking from Australia before I left, and everything was easy. I highly recommend this gorgeous hotel and thank the staff very much for a lovely warm welcome to my stay in Brazil!

Room Tip: I think any room would be fine. All clean and well maintained.

I stayed here for 4 nights on business, as the two larger resorts in the area were completely booked. The hotel is more than adequate for most people. It seems as if it's brand new and everything was very clean. The air conditioning works well and the flat screen TV is equipped with satellite service so you have a good selection of channels. The beds were solid and not too firm, which was perfect for my taste. And there is a well stocked mini-bar in the room. Breakfast is served each morning and provides a nice continental style spread to kick off your day.

Also, you can enable SAP on the tv to get English audio... but you're going to need to know how to turn on the English menu options on the satellite first.

The staff is friendly, but finding someone who speaks English may be tough- but hey, you're in Brasil- learn some Portuguese.

Room Tip: This hotel is adjacent to a gas station which is open 24 hours. Ask for a room in the back or you'll be serenaded by the sounds of trucks backing up and car alarms going off all night.
