What a gem! We received a wonderfully warm reception on a very cold night and found the food and ambience to be second to none. The seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked, the wine chilled, and the desert well worth saving space for! The meal was timed perfectly to enable us to catch our ferry back to Venice, and we left feeling we had just experienced something special. This place is highly recommended.

This is our favourite restaurant when we visit Venice. The warm welcome from Massi, Silvio and everyone else makes you feel like you are part of the family during your visit.
Excellent wine selection to explore after you get past the delicious prosecco.
And then of course there is the food...
The hot grilled scallops and razor clams are a firm favourite. Sweet and delicious. Baby clams with olive oil and parsley were perfect. The creamy risotto with its subtle flavour is a bowl of happiness. And then super fresh fish baked with a selection of potatoes, tomatoes and garlic to finish.
Looking forward to our next visit already.

This has to be one of our favourite places to eat and spend time in Italy . From the moment we arrive , the warm welcome we receive from Massimo and the generous hospitality , to the fabulous food , it keeps us coming back . We came this year in October with my wife her brother and his wife. We must have been there about 3-4 hours. We just kept eating dish after dish of the tastiest freshest seafood !!! Do yourselves a favour and visit this place ,, sooooo good !

We came here for lunch and were seated inside with an 11 month old and a three year old. From the start the staff were extremely warm and accommodating and took care of us wonderfully. They brought an excellent high chair and because they were so accommodating both children behaved really well. The food was extraordinary and plentiful - so much beautiful fish and seafood. We eat in the Seahorse in Dartmouth quite a lot and thought it would be difficult to top that but each course was absolutely delightful. The chef and founder came to check on us at one point to ensure we had everything we needed. We had such a lovely time. This was our tenth visit to Venice and its surroundings and this was by some distance the best meal we have eaten across the course of any of those visits. It was the highlight of our holiday.

One of the best meals I have ever had. It is very obvious why it is Michelin rated. The pasta and seafood selections are exceptional.
