Coffee and scones and marshmallows and biscuits on arrival. Room very well decorated. Bed very comfortable. Shower big enough for two. Great breakfast. You can put music on in the sitting room if you want. Great friendly place to stay. Couple are really friendly.
Would I stay again .. yes definitely !

We had a wonderful welcome with afternoon tea and scones. The standard throughout was excellent and the atmosphere so warm and friendly. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the Irish breakfast was wonderful. Highly Recommended

This was our second overnight stay at Tall Trees and it was truly outstanding. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for our hosts who welcomed us with true Irish warmth. We arrived just at the right time for wonderful creamy coffees and some of Kathleen's extra special treats which would walk away with first prize at the great British Bake-off for sure. Our rooms were thoughtfully furnished and spotlessly clean, as were the en-suite showers, and the beds were comfortable and cosy with the help of electric blankets, a welcome luxury after a long journey at this time of year. There is a very comfortable sitting room with TV as well as TV and Wi-Fi in the bedrooms. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented;there was a good choice on the menu with every taste catered for. We were really sorry not to be staying longer but the homeward ferry called. Roll on next year!!

We would like to thank Kathleen and Eamonn for their wonderful hospitality over the last 3 days. The welcome was warm and genuine with a pot of tea waiting. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean with lovely en suite facilities. What can we say about the breakfast? Well, a wide selection available, and nothing was too much trouble. We set out each morning with full tummies. Many thanks, Claire, Denise and Niamh.

Very good preserved, light, large and neat rooms, good beds and a very, very warm welcome by the owner at arrival. Eventhough we would stay only one night we got a very warm and friendly welcome with lots of tea and home backed cookies and scoons. We actually felt sorry we could not stay a few days longer. And all that for a very modest price too!
This was our eighth B&B in Ireland and certainly one of the best.
Therefore highly recommended

Room Tip: All rooms are pretty large, neat and well preserved on the first floor of the house in a very quiet street, so all rooms will do equally
