This hotel has nothing to do with a 4 stars hotel, I have stayed in 4 stars hotels in Nha Trang and Mui Ne with far better facilities and services.
Pro: Nothing.

Cons:
Poor decor: All flowers and blossoms in the lobby are in plastic, even during the season of Tet when (natural) flowers are diverse and cheap. The decorative fish tanks are dirty, it looks like the owners are only concerned with feng shui but no aethetics whatsoever.

The lobby near the lifts is infested with mosquitos, I was stunned when I saw the swarm of mosquitos in the lift when the lift doors opened.

I found a cockroach in my room, just over my travel bags put next to my bed.

They found no better place than the area opposite to the lift to store usaged bed covers.

The breakfast was poor in fruits.

i have booked 2 nights at this hotel and got very good offer when i booked via its website. Hotel staff were very nice when inform me the weather in Tuy Hoa 1 day before i came. They also gave me a free upgrade to Deluxe room. Hotel located in the city center, My room was very large (about 35-40 m2), my bed was very confortable and breakfast was good. Staff were so nice to give me directions to walk around and eat after work. i will choose this hotel again when i come back this city and would like to recommend it.

This place is awesome, the location is at the central of Phu Yen, I have been here for my holiday and I can't believe how amazing it is. The view from room to the city and the pool all are great. The breakfast and the food in the restaurants are delicious. The staff is very kind, polite and helpful. They are friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel special and welcomed.

Special mentions for Ms. Hieu in Reservations who was incredibly helpful, she was very kind to me and made sure everything was taken care of.

If I ever come back to Phu Yen, Kaya hotel is the place i'd wanna be at!
