A beautiful place long drive but worth the journey from Melbourne, it is nicer to enjoy it at a peaceful time without pressure of a ticking clock if that is possible

The scenery along the Great Ocean Road around Port Campbell is amazing but it is very crowded with bus loads of tour groups. Given the number of people at the attractions selfie sticks should be banned so people can look and enjoy nature in peace.

The twelve apostles are a must see in Victoria. Yes it's a long drive from Melbourne but there are many lovely places along the way to stop for a wander around or a bite to eat. You can't see all of the existing apostles from the vantage point, there are no longer twelve anyway but take the time to walk down to the beach if you are able, it'll give you a different perspective. Majestic in their size, their presence is an iconic part of Victoria.

Located quite far from melbourne city, we decided to take 3 days 2 night trip along the Greay ocean Rd. The twelve apostle certainly one the highlight, beautiful and majestic. There are severals look out to enjoy the 12 apostles. We went for Gibson Step and the Princetown lookout (the main one). Very windy so be sure to take a jacket with you..

It is my third time and always pleased to see the beauty of nature. This time was by air but that does not change the beauty of the view :)
