Service was quick despite being crowded. Very friendly staff, tasty and fresh food, and and even better cup of coffee.

Ridiculously overpriced and tiny sausage roll. No need for such high prices for a small quantity of food.

Drawn in by the sign “Proper British Food,” it is a shame that is not the truth.

Burgers are microwaved, pulled pork is from a stewed version of pork? Bacon was deep fried, it was to hard I think it was once already then re-heated from the deep fat fryer????

Chips where 100% re-heated and all this cost me £14:50?

Such a shame I thought this place was good food. Misleading????

Visited James Martin recently and bought a burger that was the best I’ve ever tasted so much so I bought another! It was cooked by a young lad Alex who appeared confident and professional, very impressed. There are a lot of negative reviews on here but I found the whole team that evening to be very good. A little pricey but well worth it if you want something that bit better and different from the rest....Well done

Didn't have much time as our flight was leaving in an hour so thought we would try James Martin kitchen instead of the usual Pret use the escape lounge

Selection of food available was ok but quality very poor with no flavour and expensive even for an airport. Coffee quite good actually but food so average

Wish we had gone to Pret and will do in future. Another chef who I assume simply doesn't visit his named eateries..?
