“Charming and cosy family cottage”
Reviewed 22 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

We enjoyed our stay in this charming, characterful cottage. It was warm and cosy. Plenty of clean bedding and towels provided and the facilities were perfect for our young family. The location was ideal for getting out and about.

“Good location , basic accommodation .”
Reviewed 3 August 2014 for a stay in July 2014

We have just returned from a weeks stay . Good location for visiting the many attractions that Norfolk and the broads has to offer . The cottage itself is small and tired . Very cobweb laden and the furniture in the living room is past it's sell by date . The Bathroom does need updating however the owner does state this . Washing machine is not in use . The beds are comfy and linen was clean . However some of the towels were worn and felt rough . The garden could be lovely but is neglected . The children's play house was full of cobwebs and had the lawn mower in it , outside the door nettles were growing that had to be dug up . Not very safe or child friendly . The summer house again is neglected with old tatty chairs . The cottage was a good base to explore and the price reflects its limitations . However the neighbours antics most nights till about 5 am keeping my daughter awake was definitely not what we needed on a holiday .
