The staff at Whalesong made us welcome right from the start.
The vessel was modern and well kept.
Food service and quality was better than expected.
And the whales, magnificent. The crew do a great job locating and following these amazing animals.
We will be doing this again!

Whales and dolphins come up to the boat.
Absolutely guaranteed to see at least one whale. We saw about 4 today.

Yes, we absolutely guarantee you'll see whales at the moment! They just keep getting better every day.

Review of: Hervey Bay Whale Watching Experience
Definitely book directly on the whalesong Cruises website. We received a $10 onboard credit each for booking directly and honestly did not have to pay for anything extra as this covered any soft drink, crisps or choccies.
Their beautiful staff, Danni and Strahan went out of their way to serve and spoil us all and the Skipper’s commentary was extremely informative. Morning tea and lunch was good value and definitely enough.
We had one whale that circled the boat the whole time and certainly gave us more than we bargained for. Not being on a huge boat with heaps of people meant every one was able to fit on which ever side the whale surfaced.
I spent the day with hubby and mum and we are still talking about the experience and the close proximity of the whale to the boat which was about 1m.

We went out and were mugged by a whale. He hung around for more than an hour close to the boat. A bit of dingo sporting on way back. Whole operation was very smooth. Excellent. Do it.

We were on a ‘whale search’ trip just before the whale watching season officially began. We knew that we may not see whales, but the crew were quietly confident that we would….and they were right! We saw several pods of whales and were very privileged to have two whales in particular who seemed to want to spend time with us as well, it was a pretty awesome experience.
Everything about the trip was great, the crew were welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic. The boat itself was very comfortable and roomy.
I would definitely choose Whalesong Cruises again in the future.
