This is a beautiful resort in a picturesque location. The staff are polite and helpful, and the rooms and living spaces clean and tidy.
We all enjoyed the traditional Philippine food.
Special thanks to our host Hency Falabi, who excelled all expectations, was very knowledgeable, and helped us have a holiday we'll never forget.
Thank you! We will be coming back

Lucky for us it wasn't crowded during our 4-day vacation and the weather was perfect. We had the pool and the beach all to our selves. The wifi at the lakehouse is poor but that's a good thing if u want to disconnect to social media and commune with nature for a while. 1st, you get assigned to a personal butler during your stay. Thanks to Glorife for accommodating our request to eat at the beachside when we got too lazy and tired to climb 160+ stairs up the restaurant. She also made sure the beaches were clear of jellyfish before we swam during our island hopping. She is also warm and friendly. 2nd, the kids enjoyed the amenities like pool table, kayak, paddle board, snorkeling. 3rd, very accessible. if you are planning to go, fly to virac (45 mins). the hotel will provide land (20 mins to codon port) and boat (30 mins) roundtrip transfers. 4th, caramoan is a beautiful place, it is a combination of palawan, boracay and batanes. although the beach in tugawe doesn't have fine sand, you will get to enjoy fine sand during island hopping to matukad island. 5th, food is pricey and there's not a lot to choose from in the menu. but i enjoyed the bicolano dishes we ate during island hopping. 6th, lakeside rooms are the best, but there is a 160+ flight of stairs going to the resto. the resto has an infinity pool overlooking a beautiful view so it's worth going up. not so good if you have small kids or if you are with senior citizens because it's heck tiring, but good work out. If u get too tired or lazy you may request to dine in their cafe near the beach area which is also nice. 7th, this is a bonus for you -- wake up at 5:30 am. when the sun starts to peak behind the mountain you will be amazed at the sight you'll see, how beautiful everything is reflected on the lake. that was my favorite moment and i am generous enough to share this with you.
