Came to Regina the day before we flew out for holidays due to a winter storm. Great location and the rooms are nice, comfortable and clean.
Good breakfast to start your day included. Will stay here again. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

Room was very clean. Everything in the room worked very good. Location is excellent.
The breakfast had a good variety and we enjoyed it. Everything was good until checkout. They billed us at time of entry but did not cancel the deposit at checkout. This is the first hotel chain that has this system. All others cancel the deposit and charge the actual amount. When I booked on line the amount was $139.71.
when we checked out the amount was $140.11. When I check mastercard I was billed $150.00

we stayed here instead of driving home after the rider game. was a great trip with accommodating staff who were super friendly. breakfast was good and they were great at letting us eat when we came down a bit late.

First room was dirty and phone calls in middle of night. Second room the ac was so loud we had to shut it off. Lots of damage in room and nothing being fixed. No pool towels at pool. Lady gives me room towels then straight back to her phone

Stayed there for two nights to take the kids to the water slide. This is the hotel we always stay at but will not be returning anymore.
The first night, the air conditioner unit was full of mold. We told the front desk of the issue and they offered a small discount. We had to ask to be moved to a different room. The bed was full of black hair under the blanket and pillows. There was a package of cheese and crackers right on the night stand. The room obviously wasn’t cleaned well. We stayed in one of the rider rooms with a separate kids room and the door to that room was broken so it wouldn’t close.
The second night the air conditioner unit was so loud it was hard to sleep. It sounded like a crackling fire. The phone also kept ringing in the middle of the night waking us up. After the third call we finally unplugged the phone in the bedroom. A fourth call came through to the phone in the main room before unplugging that one too. When we answered there was just beeping on the other end.
The pool never had pool towels, we had to ask for them at the front desk every time as well. This was if you could get the attention of one of the ladies working. She was sitting behind the desk on her phone every time we went to the desk.
We were very disappointed in this weekend getaway and therefore will not be returning to this hotel.
