While in Charlottetown on business I was wandering around town looking for a good place for dinner when I came upon Terre Rouge. The restaurant wasn't busy but then it seemed that nowhere in Charlottetown was busy. The menu is creative and offers locally grown and raised produce and meats. I am a meat and fish person but there is plenty on the menu for a vegetarian. The amuse bouche was a vegan "meatball" and it was excellent. My halibut was creative with a bit of sauerkraut on a cream of corn with a bit of a kick. It was fantastic! I will definitely return on a future trip to Charlottetown. My compliments to the chef and staff.
