The two of us had the Winterlicious menu: sushi (x2), beef shank and foie gras, baked sablefish & lobster ravioli, pear ginger sorbet (x2). Overall everything was fresh, well prepared, and delicious. Even the beef and foie gras were extra good. A 4.5 out of 5 if judged against other top Japanese venues. We also had the regular sake pairing as well as the premium sake pairing. If you quite enjoy sake I recommend spending the extra $12-$15 or so to get the premium - all 3 in the premium flight were excellent! Our second time to Miku, and both times we've been very satisfied.
