If something is on (generally the summer) it's great, otherwise it's just an area for pedestrians to walk through. Not particularly lovely.

Very busy and full of energy. It alas had some kind of street music playing, people walking everywhere. Fun I liked it alot!

A few more places to shop would be nice, especially with street entrances. And stores for kids particularly...check out Times Square for examples!
