We received a free upgrade and asked for a larger room. We were given a handicap room. The bathroom was definitely bigger, however, the room itself was not bigger than an average room. The closet was super small and the clothing bar was at my waist so my daughters dresses and mine could not be hung in the closet. Even my husband's suits dragged on the floor. Basically, the room was not bigger, just the bathroom. No idea how a wheelchair or walker could possibly get around in the room easily. Otherwise, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable; we all slept great.

Great business experience. Fast elevators in both towers. I did not eat in the restaurants, so cannot comment on them. Beautiful location on the lake. Room was quiet and very clean. The lobby is quite a few steps up from the street, and not initially inviting, but it was efficient.

Our room was great. We had a balcony and a couple of chairs. We walked to the Eaton's centre and then to the Distillery District. I also was able to walk to the Argo's game on Saturday. Who doesn't love a noon check out!!

I have stayed at the hotel 3x now for business. Its conveniently located to downtown with great views of the Toronto lakefront. The staff was extremely accommodating including Tiffany at the front desk, the ladies at Starbucks and in the breakfast restaurant. The room was modern, fully functional and clean

Room Tip: There are 2 towers. I believe one is recently renovated.

Very big high raised buildings, busy town, hotel was lovely, but the only concern was that we went for breakfast which was not included in the stay, which is fine, you think your getting free tea or coffee and juice as the waiters just come along and our, then at the end of the bill you get charged. Nice friendly staff good room with view
