TV is outdated
No USB charger plugs anywhere so don’t forget your plug adapter.
Even though everything is open this hotel has no amenities, room service nor cleaning staff unless requested.
Don’t stay here if you wanna use a gym or a pool to relax after your outing.

Nice heated outdoor pool with a view of the lake and the CN Tower. Plenty of loungers but hotel could do with adding a hot tub. Did not use gym but you could book a time slot. Only one elevator operational but I never had to wait long. Near 509 streetcar, two stops to Union Station.

The feather in the cap for this place besides its location is their staff. I have to highlight a sweet young lady named Emily, who went above and beyond helping me with my coffee maker! Hotel was very clean, Covid measures definitely in place, our little studio room was awesome and the bed was super comfy (and FOUR huge pillows!).

We stayed here on two occasions in September and enjoyed both times. Many of the amenities and services are not available during the pandemic, but that is the same everywhere. Luckily, the rooftop patio and pool was open because that is a great place to relax and enjoy the late summer sun with a view of the lake on one side and the tower on the other. The room was pretty standard, but the location is perfect for downtown activities and tourist sights. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We did get woken up a few times in the middle of the night by people yelling out on the street and in the hallways. I'm not sure what could be done about that, but it was annoying. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Room tip: The shampoo/soap dispensers in the shower do not work well. You may want to bring your own.

Absolutely horrible experience for 400.00 plus night. The hotel was so dirty and understaffed it was sad. Our room was nice but they did not have stocked. No hair dryer, no shampoo, no body was, no coffee or creamer. One elevator was broken. When I asked for hair dryer they took forever and brought up a broken one. Zero room service and no breakfast included. The gym is closed but pool open. Now that doesn’t make sense. If you can not use all the hotel has to offer why charge full price for the night. Very disappointed
