Hotel rooms were clean and modern. Employee at the front desk was very friendly. Stayed in a twin room and it was a tight fit with my daughter's keyboard. The room reminded us of a cabin on a cruise ship, everything you needed with little wasted space.

Thank you for your kind words. Our room types at the Bond Place are definitely more quaint, but as you mentioned, we have made all attempts to maximize space. We do have many larger room types available, which may be a great option to further consider when returning to the hotel. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to welcome you back soon!

The Hotel has a nice location it's close to the eaton center, restaurants and cinemas but the neighborhood to the oposite side of the eaton center doesn't seem a very nice place.
The Wi-Fi is charged separately but the hotel has two iMacs available for the guests for free. I used in the computers twice for quite a long time and nobody bothered me. I even used Skype to call my family and copied my camera's photos to my hard drive.
What bothered me was that twice homeless guys got in the lobby and asked me for change. They just got in and out without anybody of the staff realizing it. I think that's something usual to the hotel since to operate the elevator is necessary to have a key.
The room is very nice, it is not big but it has a good size. In the bathroom's shower's box there's a curtain, a glass would've been better.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant of the hotel is closed.

We are thrilled to learn that you enjoyed the facilities of the hotel, along with our great location. We were disappointed to learn that you were disturbed by someone in our lobby who appeared to be homeless, and we take this very seriously. Being in the heart of downtown we sometimes see interesting characters, but with that said, we take the safety and comfort of our hotel guests very seriously and thank you for your feedback!

If you stay here on a weekend, you had better be partying like mad - just like the rest of the patronage. It's just like staying in a college dorm - it seems every other room is filled with a group of young people having a party. The room itself is lovely and the bed so comfortable, but it's not worth staying here if you need rest. Breakfast is REVOLTING. You get a choice of: croissants that taste like paper, froot loops, rice krispies and toast. No fruit or anything.

Room Tip: Rooms facing Dundas Street East are very noisy due to the pub across the road.

We appreciate your feedback and are disappointed to learn of the challenges you experienced during your past stay. There are certainly times in the hotel when guests can have different agendas; however, we do all within our power to ensure that those agendas are not conflicting. Unfortunately at this time our in-house restaurant is closed for renovations, and in the mean time we have created a more simple continent breakfast for our guests, but look forward to revealing our new restaurant concept within the coming months. With that said, we would be grateful to have the opportunity to welcome you back and display that this past experience was the exception rather than the rule. Should you be returning to the city, please contact our Front Office Manager Mark who will cater to all of your reservations needs!

Customer Service was good. They provided internet password, replaced keys and answered whatever questions we had.

Room was nice, Modern, Clean

The bathroom is weird, the shower doesn't have a door so you feel drafts depending on which way you're facing lol. Also the towels really suck, they're really really rough and thin. I'm not super picky, but those towels were something I scrunched my nose at.

Parking is available BESIDE the hotel. We negotiated $20 for 24 hours with the ticket guy, unless that was his rate and he tried to make us feel special.

The elevators require you to swipe your card on going up, as well as down. Weird and unnecessary.

The people at the hotel when we went, Saturday February 18th 2012, ranged from street corner individuals to business/professional looking people to random visitors like ourselves.

Room Tip: Higher floors better views, obviously.

check-in was a breeze. I was located on the 3rd floor of the hotel. It looks like they just recently renovated this place since everything appeared brand new in the hotel room. there was a few slight issues but nothing serious except the AC Unit. The AC kept turning on and off randomly for 1-2 mins every 45mins or so. Even when i set the AC unit and the thermal stat unit to "OFF" mode. Dropping the "SET" temperature did not help either. Another problem was how thin the wall was. You could hear everything that goes on outside your room. That includes people talking in the hallway and opening and closing their room doors. There is no pressure spring for the hotel door so the door will slam hard every time somebody enter a room. The bathroom is a sliding door with no lock so if you have friends traveling with you; you would want to let them know. Turning on the shower head with hot water set all the way will stop it from working. You had to turn on the shower head with cold water and slowly adjust it to hot. kind of annoying but nothing serious. These was problems located in my room. your stay could be different. Either way, I did not feel these problems was serious enough to report to a hotel staff. the hotel staff was really friendly about everything. One last thing, the room did not come with a In-room safe like it was advertised.
