Stayed at the Holiday Inn courtesy of Air Canada after a flight cancellation. A little slow getting booked in but staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site a little pricey but probably typical for the area. Ten minutes by shuttle to Terminal. Room was clean with very comfortable beds. Not a problem for us but flight path goes directly overhead so landings in the evenings and takeoffs in the morning but not too early and not too late. Would stay again.

Clean and comfortable can't wait to go back on my 4th visit. Receptionist very jovial and helpful rooms are a little expensive but it's worth it. Friendly staff rooms are very spacious and equipped with the essentials that you need.

Shuttle did not arrive at airport after waiting 45 min, had to get taxi (25.00)
Went to restaurant was seated by hostess waited 15 min then an extremely rude waitress said she would not serve us because they were closing in 5 min we could only get take out however front desk said we had lots of time it was opened for another 1/2 hour. Beds were comfortable but bathroom needs update. Went to front desk for shuttle to airport in the morning and guess what - no shuttle, we needed to get a taxi again (20.00). We stay in many hotels and would not recommend this one.

Hotel is very nice, quiet, clean and service is excellent! Shuttle service to airport is excellent as well! Will definitely book again at this hotel. So convenient when going on an early trip, 5 minutes away from airport.

We stayed for one night at the Holiday Inn on Feb 18th. This is the first time we have used this Hotel.We always stay at The Quality Inn, but it has changed hands and so have the prices. We got a good deal and left are car there for the week. Fast Check in at front desk. The gentle was very friendly and detailed . The room was clean and had everything we needed. They had 24 hr shuttle ,which was great. The bad was the return home shuttle service .It was to meet us at section 41. I went to section 39 ,and we missed it, as the driver never came out to tell us what hotel it was for.We ended up waiting for over an hour and 15 minutes .There was no name on front of bus. When we got back to hotel to get car, you need ticket to get out of parking lot.You get that from front desk.The gentleman at front desk couldn`t see are name at first,until we show him bill. We finally got are pass. They need to look at this procedure.I would stay here again ,but might uses park and fly,because of the arrival pick-up shuttle
