This is a near-luxury hotel with all the amenities you'd expect. My room had a good amount of space and was clean and comfortable. The bed just had a duvet cover, not separate sheets, so I turned the A/C a little cooler to make up for the warm bedding.
The bathroom was fine, except the sink was the pedestal-style so toiletry items have to go on a narrow shelf above it. There was both a tub and a separate shower stall. Bath towels were extra-long but some were thin and scratchy. There was a bathrobe in the closet that I didn't get out.
I actually don't know the price or value since I was there on business and someone else picked up the rooms. I would recommend this if you want to stay near the university or art museum. Quite a few places to eat and there are shopping areas a few blocks away.More
