So much to do, so much to see! There' just no way or maybe there is way you will be able to explore queen street and all it has to offer in one visit. A lot of shops, carrying anything and everything, from clothing, to jewelry, to art, to food, to beer, to marijuana paraphernalia, Queen Street has it alllllll. You can't come to Toronto and not check it out.

Queen West is a continual strip of stores and restaurants. Mostly locally owner operated and not chain stuff.

Be prepared for jams of pedestrians.

Went there over the weekend and really enjoyed some of the antique shops as well as the 'end of the line' furniture stores. We are renovating our house so we are looking for some interesting fixture and they can be found on Queen...

I came here on a Saturday afternoon. I was walking from the St Lawrence Market to Nathan Phillip Square. Nothing special about this street. Just a regular street with some stores and restaurants on either side. I wasn’t able to check out the graffiti alley though. However, there is a really nice art gallery on the nearby King Street called Beauchamp Art Gallery, which had beautiful art works! Like really nice paintings! I was able to spend some time there, marveling at the art works, where I was approached by a kind employee who conversed with me a bit about art and their efforts. I highly recommend checking the art gallery!

I LOVED this street, especially coming from San Francisco and being the kind of guy that seeks out areas with a hip vibe, cool bars and unique eateries. This is the street to be on. Daytime shopping is good here, and it's very similar to San Francisco's Haight Ashbury. Unique and original stores, awesome shoes and record shopping, and tons of international cuisine to satisfy even the most discriminating of tastebuds. Lots of night-time activity with bars, pubs and clubs aplenty. The less-talked-about Dundas street also has some great bars and clubs that are primarily known by the locals, so be sure to do your research! Queen Street West is definitely hip with loads to do, but Queen Street East has it's own vibe as well and shouldn't be missed either. It's a bit more sophisticated and refined, with some great finds as well. Enjoy!
