My husband, MIL and I visited this restaurant on Easter weekend. My MIL said that the last time she dined there, it was good food. This time, not so much. Mind you, we did go around 230 and I believe the buffet was closing at 330. That being said, I still don't agree with the way things were.
First, we were seated and no server ever came to greet us or take a drink order, nothing.
Second, the food authentic, but not great. They weren't filing any of the dishes back up, even though people were still coming in. We didn't receive a break in the price to say that we got a discount for it being so close to the end of lunch...so, why was it the dishes weren't hot nor refilled? Considering, they are located in the Fallsview Casino Resort, you would think, this wouldn't be an issue.
Staff: other than the reception and person that seated us, they were fairly rude. To receive the drinks we eventually received, we had to chase a server down.
So...overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.
