What a selection. Hot and cold: everything from the salad station to sushi; then eggrolls, springrolls, rice, noodles and the meat and fish selections. I started with a plate of sushi. The sushi chef was behind the sushi station, rolling and cutting the sushi and replenishing the serving plates. After that, a variety of hot foods: General Tao's chicken, noodles, lemon chicken, springroll and more sushi. Last plate was more sushi. :) For dessert: one piece of chocolate-covered BACON. Crispy bacon, completely covered in dark chocolate. Soooooooooooo good.
