We spent almost a week at the Four Seasons for a family wedding this summer, and it was lovely. We had a 1-bedroom suite which was spacious and comfortable, included a fireplace (not used, but would be great in winter), small outdoor sitting area, guest bathroom and extra closet space in addition to the huge main bathroom with a walk-in closet and dressing area. There was a free wine tasting in the afternoons, and we enjoyed making s'mores at the outdoor firepit. The restaurant was good, although we only had breakfast and a snack there. Service was very good throughout.

Spent President's Day weekend at the resort. The hotel itself is pretty nice and we really enjoyed the ski concierge. The rest of the service wasn't great though. There was complete confusion with the room cleaning and they never got it right. I emailed after the fact to complain that they had billed us incorrectly for the cleaning and they didn't respond...twice. While I liked Whistler, I probably wouldn't stay at this resort again.

The Four Seasons does everything that a high-end ski resort does only better. Even though the hotel was almost full, it was very quiet. It was clean, well kept, and contemporary. The public areas were beautiful. Rooms were large, not box-like, and had quality furnishings, beds, and bathroom products. The breakfast buffet was generous and offered quality items not found in most other buffets, such as raspberries, chocolate crepes, and Eggs Benedict. Hot tubs were HOT. And the ski concierge was very organized and efficient in spite of a hectic environment. It's an expensive oasis but worth the extra dollars.

We stayed at the property over Easter. Even though it was a very busy time the staff was very attentive - especially at the pool and the ski concierge. This is a very child friendly hotel with lots of thoughtful activities planned through the day including a brilliant Easter egg hunt, smores, movie time etc.

We were due to stay at the hotel , but our plans changed last minute, we had a 2 night stay which had a cancellation period of 30 days , they took the money as per the booking terms and conditions. Which is acceptable.

Then they charged a further 2 nights on my card ,

So we stayed no nights , should have been 2 nights , got charged for 4 , now we start the slow process of getting 2 nights back ,

Totally unacceptable behaviour by the hotel , may be a manager will read this , as I can’t get them to take a call

I would have preferred to do a review on how nice the place should be , but this crummy act of stealing money with no rights to the extra 2 nights is brand damaging #fourseasons
