We went with friends for the Sunday Easter Brunch.
We have eaten dinner many times at Sidecut but never Brunch so we thought we would try the Brunch out.
The price for Whistler and eating Brunch in a 5* hotel like the Four Seasons was good at $55.00 per person. This price included drinks like juices and coffees etc...
There was a very good sea food buffet with delicious oysters. The beef with Yorkshire pud was also very good. There was a good selection of salad and desserts. The live egg cooking station was excellent.
The selection of cheeses was OK.
What was disappointment there were no chocolate Easter Eggs which for an Easter Brunch seemed a bit strange - why not decorate the tables and give guests some chocolate Easter egg.
Only fresh fruit there was strawberries which we very nice but that was it.
So there is definite room for improvement.
Last year we went to the Fairmont Easter Brunch which was $4.00 more pp but it was 5 times the size and there were millions of chocolate eggs everywhere....
