Hotel staff all friendly and helpful, but the quality of the rooms just isn't there. The heater is loud, and woke us up at night. The room door rattles and doesn't keep even the slightest noise out. You can hear everyone and everything closing doors and walking past. The housekeeping service tried to wake us up twice at 0830 in the morning to clean the room. Plus points are the gym, sauna and hot tubs/pool.

We stayed for 4 nights at Delta, in 1 bedroom suite, we are a family of 4, so we could sleep 2 in the bedroom with a king size bed, and my kids in the sofa bed in the living room, with their own tv.
Delta is around 4 blocks walking to Whistler mountain, on the way there you find huge variety of restaurants, shops, drugstores, and souvenirs stores. Even we drove to Whistler, we kept the car parked, no need to drive, everything in a walk distance. Love the place, full kitchen.

Thank you for your feedback! We are glad the multiple televisions, full kitchen and separate bedroom worked well for your family. Whistler is very pedestrian friendly so it is awesome that you were able to take advantage of that during your stay. We hope to welcome you and your family back again soon!

We were in the complex for 11 nights in Whistler.
Self catering suites central on the main street in the Lower village. Sometimes noisy at night but the perfect place to be for all the amenities and near bus stop for the skiing or a pleasant walk through the village to the Whistler gondola 700 metres away. The supermarket is 400 metres away and liquer store similar. The brand name ski equipment shops are on main street too. Our complex had fitness room and lovely spa pool to relax at end of day. Our group had 3 different style rooms with separate bedrooms (both with double beds ) from a lounge /kitchen area which is very spacious and well equipped for catering. On nights in it was more than adequate to cater for the 10 of us using dining table and the comfortable lounge sofas and chairs.
Great meeting place too for all our group meetings and apre ski.drinks.
Sheets and changes for the suites made every 4 days and staff very friendly and keen to fix any problems encountered in the suite. Maintainance service available 24 /7
There are washing machine and dish washer in the suite too.
Would recommend the suites for standard, location and overall quality for any Whistler visit to ski One of our party is returning for a fishing trip in May and is considering using the suites.

We have just returned home after a 7 week holiday in Whistler and were fortunate enough to stay at the Delta Whistler for the duration and it seriously does not get any better than this.

Special mention must go to Julie , Asuza, Stuart and Navneet (housekeeping) and all the other staff members. The Delta Whistler management should be very proud of their wonderful team.

Our stay included welcoming wine and gift pack. Our Wedding Anniversary (Valentine’s Day) was also remembered with sweet treats and on our departure a very special whistler momento was given to us with a lovely card signed by all the staff.

The staff members really made a huge impact on making our stay very special. We were made to feel like part of the family and this type of service from a large hotel group is truly unique. It just goes to show how dedicated this group of people are and how committed they are in their positions. You can see that they truly love their jobs.

The apartment was wonderful. It was well equipped, very quiet, the most comfortable bed I think we have ever slept in and possibly the best location in Whistler. Close to the lifts, dining and retail.

We will be returning next year.

Room tip: Building Two. Very quiet.

First time in Whistler, these recently renovated units are really nice. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit we shared with friends and it was great. Own balcony and plenty of living space. Well appointed kitchen and full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to the gondola but the hotel runs a shuttle bus as well. Hot tubs and swimming pool to relax in after hitting the slopes. One of the best things about this hotel is there is a ski hire place in the building and the staff in there are fantastic, and so helpful... also this shop has the facility to leave skis at the gondola free of charge...

Room tip: Plenty of room in the twin suites. We were on the top floor and had great views of the mountain
