Our experience at sparkling hill was so beautiful . From the moment we drove up to the building the day we went for a tour .
We knew we were in for treat . The tour made us realize this was a world class resort . It gave us a desire to havd the whole experience . We gave ourselves a two night stay and we will never forget it . We can't stop telling our friends about the amazing time we had . The respect and courteous attitude of all the staff was outstanding . We really felt like VIPs . We left , relaxed, pampered ,and in awe of it all . Thankyou sparkling hill

Amazing resort with first-class amenities. A place to relax and rejuvenate while enjoying an incredible spa, breathtaking views and excellent dining. My husband tried the cold-sauna and found it quite interesting. We both had massages which were excellent and the tranquility room was just that-tranquil and a wonderful place to nap and/or read. The breakfast buffet offered was superb. The rooms come with a mini-fridge to cool that bottle of champagne and are spacious and luxurious.

We took advantage of the BCAA discount and stayed one night. Next time I'd go for 2-3 nights.
Absolutely beautiful: design, materials, rooms, bathrooms, views. We had a lake view room on the second floor. Floor to ceiling glass, with the sliding German-style doors, allowing fresh air and a sense of the outdoors coming in. Beds very comfortable.
Loved the infinity pool, the yoga room and all the trails. We had a first rate lunch and I loved the variety for breakfast buffet (included). My father-in-law said it was the best hotel he had ever stayed at and he travels first class around the world. We'll be back

My husband and I booked and paid for a two night stay at Sparkling Hill through a Skyauction promotion. When we went to use the two nights we were informed they were no longer available and our money would be returned. Rather surprising as when we went by the resort while we were staying in the Okanagan elsewhere, it certainly looked like they needed some customers in the restaurant at lunch. I see BCAA is now also offering a promotion for this resort; I wonder if once Sparkling Hill has benefited from the fine BCAA advertising exposure for this promotional offer they will not honour them as well? My main reason that I take the time to write this however, is because my dear friend recently took her entire extended family to Sparkling Hill, for a family holiday and celebration of her 65th birthday and her daughter's wedding. Sparkling Hill took their reservations for 9 adults and 2 children for this special occasion and did not tell them until they were at the resort that children were completely banned from ALL pool and spa facilities. The spa restrictions may be understandable but there was not even an hour or two when they would make the pool available for families. An unconscionable tourism practice to advertise facilities, accept reservations for children and not inform the parents of the restrictions prior to confirming a reservation.

Everything about this hotel was unusual and I mean this as a huge compliment. My only complaint would be the sense of arrival, or lack thereof by the staff. It is like arriving at a 5-star hotel and wondering where the doorman is or how you get your luggage to your room. You have to find a spot on a small lot and go in to request help or just find a luggage cart and do it yourself. Room service is needed for ice and we had to call 3 times. First rate hotel with bad services and poorly trained or could give a hoot staff - too bad!
