Walking this area is interesting with many sites and sops to visit. Lots to buskers and street performances, not to mention music. Very enjoyable.

Very picturesque harbour, lovely gardens, good selection of shops, places to sit, eat, drink or walk. There was a piper playing the day we arrived, which added to the atmosphere. There were some local first nations artists with their creations along the walkway, they happily explained the meaning of the art even if we didn't purchase. Loved it here

Special thanks for British Columbia Legislature, it definitely gives the best colour of the pier!
Meanwhile you will also be surprised by the bright smile of the local people and tourists! Seems that they live with this small but beautiful pier!
There is some outdoor area for leisure, guess that it would be perfect to chatting with friends there!
