Came here with my husband for Dine out Vancouver 2012. Ambiance is cozy and service is great, but food is a big disappointment. Clam chowder is great with big chunks of salmon. I picked the Halibut dish for the main course and the fish is a bit dry and too much spice overpowering the halibut itself. I was looking forward to the dessert, Creme brulee, but did not enjoy it also.

Server was aloof and not too friendly. Food was just ok. Filets were extremely rare but desserts were good. Decor is pleasing and feels like you are in Paris. good frites

We had a family meal here on our night in Vancouver. The restaurant was quiet. Food nothing special. We had steak & frites. Nothing special. Very expensive for what it is.

The entire restaurant seemed to be serve by a single waiter that day as everything was slow. The filet mignon that I was served was tough and dry; some of our plates came without sides (mashed potatoes & salads) and when we asked about them (took a while to flag a waiter down) he said the kitchen had forgotten; by the time they brought it out to us we had already finished our meal. The food was not very flavourable and the whole dining experience was disappointing.
