I really enjoyed it, Nice hotel, clean, friendly stuff, love everything about this hotel
The first 15 mn I got a text if everything is ok, the service is just amazing, with a big smile

hotel blu did an amazing job at making us feel welcomed and comfortable. room was lovely and all hotel was really nicely taken care of. front desk checked on us within the first hour that we were there to see if we were happy and then the following morning as well. we had to get up at 7 to book a spot at the pool but it was amazing to have the pool to ourselves for two hours! the kids and my husband and I all had a wonderful weekend. Chelsea at the front desk did a great job. we have already recommended to our family and friends and have a neighbour booked in for her sons birthday next weekend. good job hotel blu

I really enjoyed to stay in this mordern stylish hotel. Large room. Very clean. Bonus is the small aroma therapy humidifier. Nesspresso coffe maker, fridge microwave and bathrope.
Close to everything.
Definitely coming back to this hotel. I can recommend for everyones who want to stay in Downtown close to everything.

We stayed as a couple in BLU Hotel Vancouver. The room of a decent size with everything that you might need included. Bed was made every day, bathroom cleaned, floor vacumed. The staff is friendly and helpful answering your questions. Overall is good. The only thing that I did not like was that the front glass doors are locked after certian hours, and you can't get in without a personal room card. The staff needs to understand that guests might arrive late because of the late flght arrivals, and getting stood up outside was not very pleasant. Otherwise I would have given this place 5 stars.

Room tip: only 2 to 4 floors are available for the guests, heigher floors are residential

However, I do apologize for the inconvenience of locking our doors after hours. This procedure was put in place to minimize the traffic into the hotel in order to further protect our guests safety due to the current health concerns.

Covid restrictions in place, extra cleaning, extra precautions. Loved it. Tom was super helpful up front. Good, clean, safe and secure, well situated on Robson. Would stay again.

The opportunity to reserve the hot tub, pool or gym with a limited number of guests was actually amazing. You basically had the hot tub to yourself for the time slot. Love this idea!

Beds were a little soft, as they often are in the hotel industry, for whatever reason- make the switch to memory foam! Free espresso and high quality teas in the room. Nice shower. Rooms were well appointed.
