I stayed here for a night per week, sometimes two, from mid-May to early November 2021. I love the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and the great service. The hotel is well located to be able to walk most places downtown. The breakfasts included with the room were very tasty. The quality is very high for the price.

We checked out today. Stayed for 5 days from Oct 30th. All good from check in except for the weird scent in the room and TV was unreliable. The service was top notch. The room and bathroom are spacious. Breakfast was excellent under pandemic circumstance. However there is a weird scent in the room. Could be the carpet needs washing. Also the TV froze twice a day and had to reboot it every time it froze which was time consuming. Not a quick reboot. Would have given it 5 stars if not for those 2 issues.

As our carpets are regularly deep cleaned, we are certain that was not the issue, but have instructed out team to see if there is anything is which was out of the ordinary. My wife and I stayed at St Regis for a month and we really enjoyed our time here. It is a very cozy, nice and clean place. The free breakfast is a big plus. The hotel is located in downtown near Granville train station and the shopping centres such as CF Pacific Centre, The Hudson’s Bay and Nordstrom. Jeremy, the manager, and all his staff are amazing. They always made us feel at home. It was always a pleasure to pass through the concierge. We will definitely come back here. Thank you very much St Regis Hotel Vancouver!

The St Regis hotel is in a great location, in easy walking distance of Gastown for restaurants/bars and also Robson St for shopping. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom had a really big and good shower. The bed was very comfortable. To have the breakfast included was a real bonus and it was a really nice breakfast. The parking was also easy and convenient. My only criticisms would be that the room was really quite small, as once we’d opened our suitcase there was little floor space, and the bed was also quite small (although comfy as previously mentioned). The cleaning products used also made the room smell quite unpleasant. Overall, out stay was great value and we would absolutely stay again.

Based on TripAdvisor reviews, we chose this hotel, and by golly, it did not disappoint. We were greeted by Juan at the front desk who is an incredible human with a ton of knowledge and suggestions of things to do and great banter. If you want to know more about where to dine, ask Brett. This guy knows them all, based on your budget.

We were in a lovely cosy room and the housekeeper Barbara is a lovely lady. She made sure we were stocked and well looked after.

We couldn't believe that the GM Jeremy came out to say goodbye along with Juan, but personally helped us load our suitcases into our vehicle. Never happened before. These little things add a lot of character to the hotel. We are also very stringent, critical and discerning hospitality partners in the Niagara region and we recognize fantastic service when we see it.

Thank you St. Regis Hotel, Juan, Barbara, Brett & Jeremy for an incredible stay. You will see us again soon.
