My husband and I recently spent the night at the Pan Pacific in Vancouver. It's the perfect location right on the water and in the middle of the action. A great base to explore the Vancouver area.

Our stay was pure luxury from the moment we stepped out of the cab. Upon check in we were upgraded to a waterfront view room which was much appreciated. The room was great nice and big with a comfy bed.

The hotel facilities were amazing especially the pool level with the big jacuzzi and indoor sauna. It was the perfect place to relax after just returning from the Yukon and it's 30 below temperatures, It would have been nice to stay longer and explore the hotel better as it's quite a large hotel which a lot to offer. You won't be disappointed if you stay here

Thank you for choosing the Pan Pacific Vancouver for your recent stay in our beautiful city. I imagine it seemed quite balmy after the Yukon, although the Yukon has a magical beauty of its own.

We are delighted you enjoyed your stay with the views of the harbour and were able to experience our rooftop, outdoor pool and Jacuzzi tub.

We certainly appreciate you taking the time to write about your stay and have shared your kind words with the entire team. Should your travels bring you back to British Columbia, we do hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back.

We booked the Pan Pacific for New Year and included booking the festivities offered too. The room was a double aspect overlooking coal harbour where the fireworks were taking place. We booked a window table for the superb evening buffet dinner . The meal and setting was superb. Only downside of an evening for 4 was the cost. But what a great evening.

Thank you choosing to celebrate New Years at the Pan Pacific Vancouver and for joining us in Oceans 999 Restaurant for our New Year's Buffet. We are delighted you enjoyed your experience and the views of fireworks from your ccommodation.

Many guests decided to brave the cold to enjoy the fireworks and music from our 8th floor pool deck which offered a different perspective than some of our upper floor guestrooms.

We hope this New Years was a memorable experience and that we will have another opportunity to welcome you back to the Pan Pacific Vancouver.

Corner queen room with magnificent view of the water, Stanley Park and mountains. Best view of NYE fireworks from our room. Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom especially bathtub needs a revamp. Not keen on the shower over the bathtub look. Would prefer a larger bath to make the whole hotel experience more luxurious. Like the spa products.

I always try to stay here when visiting Vancouver and I am really disappointed – it can be a little more expensive than other hotels but the location is excellent – the bar food this time was served cold and the service was slow which was odd because it wasn’t busy – the breakfast buffet is usually very good but this time most of the hot food was cold – maybe I just caught it on a bad day – Love the rooms love the view - I love that you could walk to everything in the Vancouver area even to the hockey game if need be – beautifully located hotel! My wife and I have stayed here before and had the bed-and-breakfast special with appetizers on the 23rd floor – the breakfast there was excellent – don’t think I’ll do the breakfast buffet downstairs again – $34 was too much for cold food - but my server was polite and excellent!

Room Tip: Harbor facing of you worth the upgrade

We appreciate you taking the time to write about your recent stay. It is a pleasure to know that you enjoyed your stay and find our Canada Place location perfect for easy access to service, attractions and events.

Your feedback regarding our breakfast buffet is appreciated and has been shared with our Restaurant Management team to review with their team. We certainly regret if our breakfast buffet did not meet our usual standards.

We hope that we can continue to welcome you back whenever your travels bring you back to Vancouver.

Met with ten members of family for a couple days downtown Vancouver. Daughter and family came up from San Antonio and the rest from around lower mainland. Booked three rooms on bevancouver and recieved a good rate and chose to stay at the pan pacific for first time. Great hotel with good location on waterfront. Weather was bad but still a nice place. Would book again!

We are delighted you and your family were able to take advantage of the beVancouver special to get together over Christmas and even more delighted to read that you all enjoyed your stay - in particular - our central waterfront location at Canada Place.

Thank you for posting your review. We hope we will have another opportunity to welcome you and your family back to the Pan Pacific Vancouver.
