Some context before reading: I don’t eat sushi. The sushi review is through my wife’s lens - she loves sushi. We were looking for a restaurant that could satisfy mine and my pre-teen’s limited palate, but also satisfy my wife’s craving for sushi.

Service: Started out strong, but had to flag down our server for follow-up - for everything but our initial order.

Sushi: My wife said it was ok. We have heard there are plenty of pure sushi places that likely exceed this place.

Non-sushi food: My daughter had teriyaki salmon and I had teriyaki chicken. Neither were all that great.

Overall, if you’re after really good sushi, go some place else with other people that like sushi.

Our dinner before the OMD concert. It’s like ordering a bunch of appetizers to share. The baby octopus was tasty but a bit chewy. The tuna was very salty. The ribs on the dry side. The rolls pretty good. The best was the pork jowl with the chilli sauce. Service ok. It’s also dark in the restaurant.

Visited this place and was disappointed, our male server was just not interested in helping at all, had to ask the busboy for some soya that finally arrived as our sashimi sat for 15 minutes after being ignored

If it wasn't for the on the ball waitresses and the tall bartender

That place would go under in time

I watched 5 groups of people just leave the front door from not being seated or attended to in a timely manner

The help wanted sign posted explains it all

Enter with no expectations and you can't be let down and everything positive will be a plus kinda place

Service was slow, uncoordinated, food was good but not great, and the price of a small pot of genmaicha tea was ridiculous.... unacceptable not a great experience

Love this place for lunch or dinner with friends. Service is good, and prices are not outrageous. I've had the Rainbow Godzilla Don and the Stone Curry with chicken–both very delicious (these are lunch dishes). The fish is fresh and very good. The salad that comes with the set has a very tasty dressing. Would highly recommend!
