Hot springs cove is a 90 boat ride from Tofino followed by a 40 minute hike through a forest boardwalk which is a little arduous at times (lots of steps). Once there it is lovely, the waterfall is almost too hot to stand under, however there aren't actually many rock pools and even on a lovely day in Febuary which wasn't busy they felt a little crowded. I'd recommend trying it (maybe not in peak season!) but I'm not sure I'd rush back.
