We've stayed in many places around the world with beautiful views, but nothing compares to the view from our room at the Wick (Premium room, 209). The room offered breathtaking water and rugged coastline views to the west and the south. We could have literally stayed in the room all day, mesmerized by the sounds of the water crashing against the rocks and the natural beauty all around us.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with lots of nice touches. The soaking tub is generously sized, also offering great views. We felt complete privacy, like we were the only ones around.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, frequently wishing me a happy birthday throughout our stay.

Be sure to walk down Chesterman Beach. Hard packed sand when the tide is out, so a very comfortable walking or biking surface.

We had one incredible dinner at the Pointe, and afternoon drinks at the Driftwood Cafe. You're only a short 5 minute drive from Tofino, with a wonderful choice of restaurants, shops and activities.

Can't say enough great things about our stay. We'll definitely be back.

My wife & I stayed at this wonderful hotel in September/October last year for a few nights & we were blown away by it. Even now we talk about how amazing it was staying here. The attention to detail by all members of staff is second to none. I truly believe pictures do not do enough justice for this place & I would recommend anyone visiting Tofino to stay here. I would advise to get a high floor west facing room to enjoy the magnificence of this hotel. The view at breakfast/lunch overlooking the pacific will take your breath away, similar to that of being in the Maldives or Seychelles.

Room Tip: Rooms on high floor, ideally 3rd floor west facing

Great except for the guest information service. Not good at all. No one seems to know much about the Tofino area. We had to find out information from the waiters, etc. They really need to upgrade this part of the service badly! But, we will be back very soon.

We stayed here for 3 nights towards the end of May. Fantastic set up overlooking a fantastic surf beach and open sea.
If you like fantastic setting, lovely food, and genuinely nice service this is a highly recommended option.
Transport to and from town could be a problem but having been offered an early pick up and drop off by a member of the great team, James, (who wasn’t even working that morning), for which he wouldn’t take a penny.
I read the earlier comment about taking on students. In my opinion this added to our experience as they were young, engaging, and from what we saw receiving excellent training as to how to interact with people. A1. Head of recruitment really does need a huge thank you.
Stars in the making, Mary, Alex, and Matthew.
Go there, our party of 4 people thought it is worth every Dollar you spend.

Room Tip: 310 and 312. Both on top floor facing directly out to sea. Spectacular views and great to watch local Bald Eagles on high perch and nest.

I highly recommend the Wickaninnish Inn and Pointe restaurant to anyone looking for the something extra in a stay. We came for our 40th anniversary and felt pampered and special with every single touchpoint. If your visiting Tofino, this is a must stay.

Room Tip: We had a south facing room in the Point, it was fabulous and secluded.
