I found this place via TA and took the short walk from my hotel around 7:30am local time. It is located on the main route through city centre Victoria Street/TransCanada. It is a vibrant spot with customers coming and going and you can tell there are plenty of regulars because staff call them by name. There's a chalkboard menu for lunch, etc. But the breakfast menu is printed and at the cash. I order coffee and an egg scramble which came with wheat toast and a bowl of fruit. It was flavourful and looked good as well. The fruit was good as well. I would consider the coffee average. The service was, as others suggest, perhaps a bit scattered but this is actually what makes this place charming - think of some of the quirky cafes from The Seinfeld Show! I would definitely come back to this spot and recommend it based on the quirky charm, if you're into that. It was overly busy during the morning Rush and was worth the wait for my food...which seemed to be forgotten. Two staff apologized for the length of time and one gave me a blueberry scone on the house. It was delicious!
