We had to spend a weekend in Lethbridge and as Tripadvisor recommended this hotel we took the advice. The hotel is very nice, we found the attendants at the main reception super friendly. The room and it bathroom were very clean (very important for us). The internal pool is cozy and very enjoyable. The free internet access and complementary continental breakfast are pros. Cons are the location at the east of the city have nothing around, except for the Casino.

We stayed here January 14,15, 2011. Based on the reviews on TripAdvisor we thought we'd give it a try. We arrived in Lethbridge 2 hours early and thought we'd check the hotel out in advance. A room was available so the plesant young lady at reception checked us through immediately. The place has a boutique/homey feel to it, which we like. Once in the elevator though the smell of cigarette smoke was noticable. Someone smokes on the elevator (and 4th floor) and they don't get it covered up well enough. The room itself was much like others in the price range, and we found nothing in it that was spectacular. The beds are very nice, although we both wonder where they get the little dwarf like pillows. The place was as quite as a mouse during our stay, which is rare for Lethbridge. We wondered if that would hold thoughout our stay because they put us in 410 right beside the elevator. The room as stated was clean but not perfect. The shower curtain was stained a yellow color in one corner, and the underside of the curtain rod looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile, nothing really to concerning for us, but contrary to some of the raves in other reviews about the cleanliness part. We left the maid a tip the first night but not the second, it didn't seem to matter - nothing changed. The food is really great. There is a high quality soup/ cake cookie based help your self thing going on in a small dining area off the reception, at 7:00 each evening. There is plenty of fesh fruit around all day long, plus coffee, mocachino, and other specialty drinks 24 hours. That is something you don't often get even in the best hotels- certainly something placing this hotel high in peoples opinion of it. The morning brunch offers stuff like sausage patties and boiled eggs, which make a very nice breakie. We'll go back to this hotel. Price point wise everyone gets the job done within the range. However if I have one critisism overall it is that except for the exceptionally nice lady at checkin, absolutely no one went out of their way to say hello, boo, or good morning. A pretty typical Canadian thing. They were breaking in a new teen-age pout in the dining room on Saturday when we were in there and believe me people like her are not going to continue to bring in the rave reviews like have been showing up on this site. Over all it is not real weak in any particular area, and it shines in others. As others reading my reviews may notice I don't like to stay where dogs are part of the scenery. They are here. A woman who probably works here has some kind of yappy little ankle bitter with her everywhere she goes in the place, and on Saturday we were serenaded by a large dog of some type during morning breakfast. Dog freindly places are not my first choice. Dogs today eat out of the same bowl and sleep in the same bed as "Mommy and Daddy" and that puts me off. Normally under these conditions I would not recommend this place, but I do, because it shines well in so many other areas.

Our hockey team stayed at the Quality Inn for two nights during a hockey tournament we attended. The STAFF here are amazing. There were three hockey teams here at the same time and the staff treated our young 10-12 yr olds with great respect. They acknowledged the kids (actually having fun with them) and made everyone feel welcomed.
To sum it up, this is why it;s a great place for teams to stay: 1. Pool is opened until midnight. 2. The continental breakfast has a geat variety and definetely enough to fill up on. 3. Check-out time is 1:00 not 11:00. 4. Best of all, the staff are very welcoming and efficient!
Thumbs up to you!

I stopped by Lethbridge to stay at Quality Inn & Suites after a fabulous day trip to Waterton National Parks. The place was a bit out of the way from attractions but Lethbridge is small enough that it was easy to find. Highly recommend having a car to stay at this hotel as I cannot recall its proximity to public transit. Upon arrival, we were checked in speedily and the room was immaculately clean with white crisp linens and comfortable beds. If you are in Lethbridge during the summer and the fall, I highly recommend visiting the Japanese Gardens.

I have not one bad thing to say about this hotel. I have worked in tourism and stayed at hundreds of hotels and this is definitely one of the best!
Amazing staff, very clean and spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast and the evening snacks - great touch and very tasty!!!
The hotel was sold out, but we never felt crowded or had to wait for anything (other than the elevator and that was a good sized elevator) and my husband and I were staying in a room with my parents and we had plenty of room. It's even kind of nice being on the outskirts of the city because it was quiet and easy to get to.

I would go back to Lethbridge just to hang out in this hotel!
