We had a suite on the ground floor in the annexe across the way from the small reception area. There is a lovely bar and grill on site opposite the annexe we were in but it was disappointing that it closed at 8pm (we checked in just before 8.30pm and would have liked to be able to buy some food and drink).

Our suite was amazing - so spacious, well laid-out and clean. The external door led to a decent sized well-equipped kitchenette and spacious open plan lounge with log fire and large TV. Two doors led from the kitchenette - one to a very comfortable bedroom with small TV and the other to a lovely bathroom.

The reception and office staff were very helpful and friendly. We purchased breakfast each morning at the Inn Grill - we were pleased to find that discounts are offered to senior citizens - the meal was excellent value for money with a good range of hot and cold food. We were a little surprised though that fruit juices were not included in the buffet and had to be purchased separately. The breakfast staff were lovely and friendly as well as very efficient in clearing plates and replenishing food items.

We loved staying at the Jasper Inn and Suites and would definitely make them our first choice in the future.
