Brenda's is somewhat rustic, but very popular with locals and those in the know. Seating is at picnic tables inside or out and you order at the counter or the outside window. Brenda and her mother Beverly are the cooks and also the source of news on all the local doings. The lobster rolls are generously filled and come with chips. You can also get a side of homemade cole slaw (the secret ingredient, not so secret, is crushed pineapple), fish sandwiches, fish chowder, steamed lobsters, and other seafood sandwiches or a burger, beef or turkey plus French fries and onion rings. We have been regulars here for years and always enjoy the food and the updates. It is open Tuesday through Saturday (in season) for lunch until about 7 pm. Cash only is accepted.
