Excellent value, very clean rooms, breakfast was nice and the staff was helpful
We had a restful stay here and will make this our hotel of choice when visiting Calgary.
I'd recommend it to friends and family.

I promised myself that I'd leave review here for other families, esp with kids/babies. My husband, our 23 month old son and I were traveling with another family also with a young child, on our last night (Aug 19/20) of our 10-day vacation, we decided to stay close to the Calgary airport so we chose this Hampton Inn, thinking that would make most sense as we had an early flight back to Toronto the next morning. Everything seemed fine and we're ready for close the night for bed around midnight when I felt something scratched my calf while I was sitting on the duvet near the foot of the bed. There were there brown dots and when I looked closely, they were bugs!! With many legs!!! We found some on the other bed as well!! Being all freaked out cos we thought they were bed bugs and we have to deal with bed begs infestation.... the husbands went down to notify the front desk. They offered to change our sheets or give us a different room, we took a different room but it was so much hassle and disturbing to the babies who were already slept, they were literally just an arm's length to these bugs on the same sheets and duvets!!! So as you can imagine, the adults didn't get much rest that night, let alone sleep, and we had to leave the hotel at 6am the next morning... we had that itchy feeling all over our bodies and the freaky/gross thought of how many more of these bugs are there in our room, on our beds/sheets/duvets/carpet that we didn't see...

We emailed the hotel's email right away, got contacts of the General Manager and Operations Manager and escalated to them 2 days later since we didn't hear back from the initial email... They said they were waiting for the inspection report before replying... which confirmed they were not bed bugs (thank god!) but they also couldn't confirm what kind of bugs they were...

The hotel GM told us that they've returned the night's charges back as a form of service recovery because we told them of our dissatisfaction. But honestly, we're not satisfied, and just really disappointed at Hilton overall... cleanliness should be the very minimal basic requirement of a hotel. Anyway, given this experience we really wouldn't stay in this hotel again if we were to ever go back to Calgary, so we thought we should just leave a review here for other travelers to be aware before they make their decision as to which hotel to book, esp those with babies/kids, even if these are bed bugs, there are these unknown bugs in our beds/sheets/duvets... that's not a settling feeling for sure... if the sheets/duvets are clean, what does that say about the rest of the room, and carpet that these babies/kids are bound to crawl around...

We stayed two days and loved the room and the staff was friendly and helpful. We have no complaints at all. Room was clean, breakfast was excellent and we will return. Thank you for the experience. We slept well and loved the location.

Staff are excellent; super customer service.
Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and complimentary Wi-Fi. The breakfast is decent too. Everything looks fresh, maybe from a recent renovation, which is not a bad thing. Not as close to the airport as its name states, but there appears to be a shuttle service. I would definitely stay here again on business. The fitness centre was acceptable but the pool was tiny, more like a large bathtub.

Hotel was clean, quiet and comfy. Rooms are well layed out and beds are comfortable. Compimentary Wi-Fi will suffice for most things. Shower is quite nice as the shower head is adjustable. Hotel is not hard to find and is about 15 minutes to the airport.
