The casita has everything you need. The wildlife is amazing, This is perfect if you like peace and quiet at the beach. Make sure you bring food and drink for the duration of your stay because it is isolated. Protip: If there has been a lot of rain, the road in form the highway can be flooded, so bring and SUV and not a sports car.
Who wouldn't want to kayak with pelicans and dolphins, collect shells, and feel like they own the whole Sea of Cortes? The views and seemingly endless horizon alone, is enough to come back for, making it one of our all time favorite vacation spots!
We stayed in the casita above the garage with our 2 kids, and my friend and his family stayed in the rental below the main home. We had a great time fishing off shore, kayaking with dolphins and in the clear waters of the Sea of Cortez. We travelled to a near by fishing town to spend Easter Sunday and enjoyed mixing with the locals who were camped on the beach and celebrating the holiday. We drove through the cactus forest behind the dunes, and had a wonderful trip. We used the barbeque grill on the deck to cook meat, and had some wonderful meals. We plan to go again soon.
What a great location to hang with. CLose friends and create a lifetime of memories! The owners are very kind and helpful going out of their way to make us comfortable! I'd go again a million times!!
The casita is the top floor of a 3 level vacation home on the beach. We traveled with a group and rented both the top and bottom levels. The casita fit 2 couples perfectly with 2 separate bedrooms, one shared bath and a small kitchen. We also had access to rooftop balconies and a grill. Its a flight of stairs up from the main parking area and 2 flights down to the beach. Use of kayaks included.
Nice place, private and right on the beach. Plan to bring your own food and beach games, there's nothing for miles around.
Perfect if you want to get away for a quiet beach vacation!
