While there with my family we wanted to discover this new restaurant. The environment is nice. We order several plates and the food is not so special but acceptable. The worst thing in the restaurant is the service. We order 2 starters and three main course.
So many mistakes about the service:
1. First of all the waiter doesn't know the rules and serve the drink first to me than my wife.
2.The food arrive very late . First they deliver one starter and than they arrive at the table with the main courses. I send the food back to the kitchen because we were still waiting for the starter. Completely disorganized in a restaurant that pretend to be (but is not) fine dining.
3.We order as drink two glasses of wine. The bottle arrived at the table already open.
Once I check the bill they charge me for the bottle which, I didn't order and in any case arrived open at the table.
Once I complained with the waiter first and with the manager they insist on there position and only at the end they accept to charge only two glasses. As I am not necessary to convince anyone and I was right on the complaint I paid the full amount of the bill. If you really want to visit this place better check the bill first and be ready for very disorganized service.
