The home of one of the best dishes I've tried in Mexico: Goat Birria. Goat meat cooked in a stone oven, covered with green agave leaves. The meat is very tender and full of flavor. They use tomato-chili sauce and onion on top and serve it with maize tortillas; its a breakfast winner! They also offer "consome" (soup made of meat juices) with your dish. A very delicious and spicy experience! Recommended for everybody who visits Aguascalientes.
