Nice hotel located smack bang near tinge Zocalo and everything you’ll need. Shops, churches, food, churches, markets, churches.
The rooms are basic but comfortable. Just wish they didn’t put odd steps everywhere as I trip all the time.
Wifi works best in foyer. Staff are very helpful. Because it’s so central I’d come back here to top up on wifi or use toilets knowing it worked and there were clean.
No English channels on tv. But there is a safe and plenty of space in room. Street view is nice.
Didn’t indulge at the restaurant but told the food was good.
Perfect spot if you like being in the thick of things without the noise.
Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly.

Nice hotel next to the Zocalo. Very clean, beds are nice and comfortable. Showers are clean. The restaurant was also very good. Although our breakfast was not included in the rate we ate there anyways and we only paid $12 for an incredible buffet. Wifi was good quality. The rooms away from the zocalo are probably quieter.

Although this hotel was in an ideal location, the accommodations were less than desirable, The room my husband and I had was extremely small and the bed was low and very hard. The box spring matress was replaced with a cement base. The shower needed some updating as well as the staircase steps. The elevator was not in service so all guests needed to use the one, dismal staircase to acess their rooms.
The staff was friendly an as accomodating as possible.
The positive, is that the buffet brunch wa substantial and the wait staff was very nice.

Room tip: Ask for an outside room with 2 beds

Had the best experience during this trip.
Will book here in advance next time I go to Puebla. Super friendly staff, clean, and reasonably priced. Balcony room was a plus, but any room will do. The do not have onsite parking, but offer valet for free.

This hotel is located very close to the zocalo and local shops including a pharmacy which we had cause to use. The staff were very helpful when my husband needed urgent medical attention, calling an ambulance which arrived in reasonable time. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast service was excellent.

Room tip: Ask for a rom away from the street
