I did check in today 1/4/17 and it was very disappointing by the front desk employees behaviors.
First thing they did wrong: I was not recognized as a Diamond Member.
Second: They spent more time trying to sell me a city tour , rather than accommodating us rapidly
Third: I requested to be put on rooms next to each other, but they gave me the key of the wrong room, thankfully the bell boy went down and fix it for us
Fourth and the worst: I requested some tooth paste and a razor, and i was told they cost 30 pesos. I explained the lady in the lobby this was a surprise since in every Hampton Inn i've been at those toiletries are free, her answer was cynical " you see, that is how it is in this one" .. This sends a very poor message. It is not the 30 pesos , i think anybody who stays here can afford to spend 30 pesos, it is really the violation to the rules of this Hotel Franchise and also the cheap behavior to save less than 2 dollars in a disposable razor...., i would not recommend to stay here at all.
Another downside : No free coffee.., they charge you 30 pesos for coffee, any other Hampton Inn i have been at has free and fresh coffee 24 hrs.
