I spent 3 nights here on a business trip, I have a room with a king size bed, and it was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, and in general this was a comfortable stay.
The breakfast seems to depend on when you arrive, even though it does open at 6:30, I found that on the second day when I cam a little later to breakfast the selection was much better.
If you dont have your own vehicle I would think that this is slight 'out of town' but is on the same side of town as the airport.
One comment ti the management, I would strongly suggest that as your house keeping staff are cleaning the floors with the traditional 'spaghetti mop' and having to wring this out by hand, I would suggest that for their and the guests health and safety the staff are issued with gloves. After working with the dirt mop, they can contaminate so many surfaces and also expose themselves to germs etc. (or give them an attachment to wring out the mop mechanically and not be hand)

I did check in today 1/4/17 and it was very disappointing by the front desk employees behaviors.
First thing they did wrong: I was not recognized as a Diamond Member.
Second: They spent more time trying to sell me a city tour , rather than accommodating us rapidly
Third: I requested to be put on rooms next to each other, but they gave me the key of the wrong room, thankfully the bell boy went down and fix it for us
Fourth and the worst: I requested some tooth paste and a razor, and i was told they cost 30 pesos. I explained the lady in the lobby this was a surprise since in every Hampton Inn i've been at those toiletries are free, her answer was cynical " you see, that is how it is in this one" .. This sends a very poor message. It is not the 30 pesos , i think anybody who stays here can afford to spend 30 pesos, it is really the violation to the rules of this Hotel Franchise and also the cheap behavior to save less than 2 dollars in a disposable razor...., i would not recommend to stay here at all.

Another downside : No free coffee.., they charge you 30 pesos for coffee, any other Hampton Inn i have been at has free and fresh coffee 24 hrs.

We are sorry we were not able to provide you with a better quality of service. This is not typical of our usual Hamptonality and welcoming staff, and we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. We try hard to make sure all of our guests have a great stay as we are all about Satisfaction Guaranteed. Thank you for your feedback and we hope you will come back and stay with us again.

Thank you

This Hampton seems to be brand new, not far away from main attractions of the city. Concierge was very kind to suggest us a tour that was very affordable for a party of 9. I'll visit again without a doubt.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at the hotel - spacious and spotless rooms, all the necessary amenities and delicious breakfast. If you are lucky, you can get a double room including everything.
Going to town - you might need a taxi which costs 80 Pesos. Coming back, though, hop on the local bus RUTA 1 to Palacio de Convenciones. Those white and blue buses go every 5 minutes, are very comfortable, charge 6 pesos each and will drop you at the entrance to the hotel after a 10 - 15 minute ride.
