What a fabulous place! Everyone was so amazing all the time. The rooms were beautiful, the pools were great, the pool bars and food and service were fabulous beyond belief! Everyone was so accommodating. UNTIL we left!!!!!!!
We left a drawer full of my teenage son's clothes in the room. I notified the concierge immediately. They asked me to list all the items. I did the best I could. I listed and orange hat. They wanted to know what was on the hat. REALLY?? "Cabo San Lucas" I gave the best description I could..... I would think whoever cleaned the room would have put all the items in one bag, wouldn't you? It has taken two weeks of emails, with several days in between to get them to send these items at my expense. Then they had me fax a form with my credit card and address information. THEN..... They wanted me to fax a picture ID both sides!!!!! ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND???!!!??? Am I stupid? Have I never heard of credit card fraud? I sent them a raging email asking them if I should get my lawyer involved. Ismael Torres is the person doing all the correspondence and wrote back apologizing and said they were following procedure, (for what, international credit card fraud?)
Supposedly, I will finally receive my belongings on Friday, May 11th, almost 3 weeks later!!!
